Outpost Ranch is a family-owned and operated cattle ranch dedicated to providing high-quality, farm-fresh beef directly to our customers. Our cattle are raised without added hormones or antibiotics and are cared for on open pasture with a diet consisting of grass, hay, and grain. Our herd is sired by a registered Angus bull and consists of Angus-cross cows, producing exceptional beef known for its flavor and quality.

Quarter and Half Beef Shares

We offer beef by the quarter and half, processed through a trusted local butcher. Finished beef is available for pickup directly from our farm.

• Quarter Beef Share: Approximately 100 pounds of packaged beef

• Price: $10.00 per pound (based on actual packaged weight, not hanging weight)

• Processing Fee: Up to $200 per quarter, paid separately to the butcher

All beef is professionally cut, wrapped, and packaged according to your selected processing options.

Family Packs

For customers looking for a smaller quantity, we also offer Family Packs containing approximately 35 pounds of assorted beef cuts. These packages are designed to fit comfortably in a standard household refrigerator/freezer combination.
